At SS Luxury House, every pre-owned luxury item is unique. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, each item may have different signs of wear, previous use, aging, condition details and accessories.

To ensure a transparent and satisfactory purchasing experience, customers are required to carefully review and confirm all product details, including the item’s overall condition and any signs of wear, before completing the purchase.

As purchases of pre-owned items are considered final after the customer has confirmed and accepted the item’s condition, and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, we believe it is important for customers to inspect and understand the item fully before making their final decision.

In-Store Purchase & Collection

For this reason, SS Luxury House currently offers in-store purchase and collection only and does not provide home delivery at this time.

Customers are welcome to visit our physical stores to view, inspect and confirm the item in person before completing the purchase.
