Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury goods, each item may have different signs of wear, previous use, aging or other condition characteristics.

Before completing a purchase, customers are required to carefully inspect and confirm the overall condition of the item, including all visible signs of wear, usage and other disclosed condition details.

Please make sure that you fully understand and accept the item’s condition and degree of wear before making your final purchase decision.

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

Once the condition of the item has been confirmed and the purchase has been completed, the sale is considered final.

All final sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind, personal preference, or any condition or signs of wear that were disclosed and accepted before purchase.

This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights and remedies applicable under UAE law.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected and accepted the item’s condition and disclosed signs of wear before the final transaction.
